Refund Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if accompanied by the original receipt and if the merchandise is in saleable, unused condition and is in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original tender. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] to make sure that the item is available.
Gifts may be returned or exchanged for store credit only at the prevailing retail price. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Please note:
- Sale items and Special Order merchandise are final sales and are not returnable.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Examples of non-returnable goods include perishable goods such as food, gift cards, sale items, and special order merchandise.
Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please make sure that all items are wrapped securely when returning. Velenzia is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged items claims must be made within 48 hours of parcel arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt, as no claims can be made after 48 hours. Email your damage claim along with a photo of the damaged merchandise to [email protected].
SALE ITEMS OR SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE
Unfortunately, sale or special order merchandise cannot be refunded.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
